When your children are quiet….

Do NOT ASSume they are playing nicely.  PANIC.  Always, Panic.  Need an example?

It’s ink.  The kids got into my scrapbook stuff and smeared ink all over themselves.  Oh and on a comforter.  It’s ok though, I don’t really like the comforter anyway.  Sigh.

  1. Choo Choo!!! I laughed. I laughed hard. That was great!

    aww kiddos… so freaking cute.

  2. ROFL! But I *do* have experience of this, a couple of months ago Ted got hold of some inks (belonging to my older boys which SHOULD be kept on a HIGH shelf in their room) and tipped them out over our cream bedroom carpet and bedspread – grrrrrrr.

However, he was really pleased with himself, he loves painting and from his point of view he’d made a wonderful carpet-based picture.

I hope the ink didn’t take too long to scrub off!
